No filters
Purchsed this vent only to discover charcoal filters not supplied. WHy wouldn't GE supply a pair to start you off with. I have been unable to use my new appliance for 1 month now. Posts stating the same are years old - why has this issue not been resolved. WHne are parts due in?

Filters do not fit
I purchased the charcoal filters JXCF72 and they do not fit. Where can I find the correct size filters? I would not buy the ductless range hood as it does not come with filters and finding the correct ones seem impossible.

Seem impossible to purchase anywhere.
Super hard to find, but work fine once you can get a set.. Not looking forward to the future of this product.
