What seeds are in pro mix blend?
Hello,
Greenest and Thickest contains Kentucky Blue Grass, Creeping Red Fescue, Tall Fescue and Perennial Rye Grass -- the bag is not 100% grass seed as it also contains 'granulated peat' - this helps improve soil structure for improved germination. We also have seed coatings and active ingredients that help with water retention and strong root development.

Is this grass seed pet safe?
Hello,
All of our PRO MIX grass seed varieties are safe for pets.
That being said, as this product is a grass seed it is essential that all traffic on the seeded area be kept to an absolute minimum. This includes pets. This will allow the seeds to germinate and establish themselves. With constant disturbance it will void the seedlings as they begin to germinate , thus giving you less than ideal results

Where is the grass?
Bought this seed with some bags of topsoil to fix some dead areas in my lawn. Followed the directions and watered 2-3 times a day for two weeks. Seed hasn’t produced a single blade of grass so far.

Excellent produit que je recommande chaudement!
Nous avons utilisé ce produit dans une zone où aucune autre semence n'avait bien germé auparavant. Grâce aux semences PRO-MIX, nous avons enfin pu avoir une belle pelouse garnie et dense, agréable pour l'oeil et pour marcher dessus. Le gazon est resté de toute beauté même après plusieurs semaines à piétiner et à marcher dessus sans faire trop attention. Je recommanderais à n'importe quel membre de ma famille et/ou des amis.

Ça pousse mais c'est long.
J'ai reçu 2 sac de ces semences que j'ai utilisé pour refaire une bande de gazon autour de ma piscine. Sur 2-3" de terre a pelouse neuve j'ai semer 2x la quantité requise pour ma surface a couvrir puis j'ai recouvert le tout de 1/4-3/8" de terre a pelouse PT. J'ai arroser tous les soirs quand il n'avait pas eu de pluie de jour. Les premieres poussent ont apparu seulement a la journée 16 ou 17. Il a fallu encore un bon 2 semaines avant que ça épaississe assez pour caché le fond et pouvoir tondre une premiere fois. J'ai du resemer ce weekend pour combler les espaces claisemées. A cette vitesse, ça va prendre tout le reste de la saison avant de pourvoir avoir un gazon uniforme et satisfaisant.

Le gazon a toujours été difficile a faire pousser sur notre terrain. Avec les semences PROMIX, quelques brins ont poussés sur notre terrain, mais pas partout. Il faudra en remettre une deuxième fois.
