Stopped working before I used it.
Bought a holiday bundle of tools including 2 of these batteries. One stopped working during Jan before I used it. Got the bundle in December.

I liked this though
I bought this set in August 2021. Just 13 months ago. Been worked fantastic and helped me doing my things very productive. HOWEVER it DIED all the sudden. Right after its 12 months has passed, stopped working completely. No indicator lights, no charging lights at all, and even no error detecting (self diagnosing) lights. Maybe I need to take it to the shop though it’s kind of far…

Bang for buck
These batteries are amazing long lasting on long job with out having to swap out batteries the button on the back to see battery life is nice don’t have to press hard tonsee what your battery is at and I’ve had some batteries that when you hit the button the life bar is so bright it will blind you. Now the only problem I have is I work on car for a living and have hard to reach spaces so I have to get adapters to get at angles or use hand tools to get down there in the had to reach areas the my 12v system could get but home project or really anything great bang for buck

Tough battery!
I use this everyday and it never let's me down. I left in the truck when it was freezing cold and still working. Dropped off the ladder and still good.

Please update your website. I have a new credit 5 1/2 20 volt sander and a charger it won’t let me register them. I know you have many products it must be hard to keep up with them. I have used Dewalt tools for about 15 + years I’m in Hvac mechanical. Love the products. Just tweak the customer website please thank you

Great Power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these batteries. Perfect balance of weight and power. Light enough to carry around all day and powerful enough to last all day in a drill or small impact. Powerful enough for a reciprocating saw too.
