Description
With Pit Boss, you've got the ability to grill like a pro. The Pro Series II 1100 grill allows you to choose between gas and pellet combustion cooking. This means that you can get quick cooking results or give your grilled meat a distinctive wood flavour. The gas grill features three main burners with an output of 30,000 BTU and a side burner that delivers 10,000 BTU. The grates give you a total cooking area of 1,230 square inches ample space to cook an entire meal, including side dishes. This Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled appliance connects to your smartphone so you can check your grill settings in real time and receive notifications as soon as your food reaches the appropriate cooking temperature.

- The 20-lb hopper gives you enough fuel to cook even the lowest and slowest dishes
- With 1262 square inches of adjustable, Crosshatch Porcelain Coated Cast Iron cooking grids, you don't have to worry about running out of cooking space. Pellet cooking area 631 square inches and gas cooking area 631 square inches
- Two meat probe ports allow you to monitor and hone in on optimal temperature; one meat probe is included with your grill purchase
- This unit boats versatility with 4 stainless steel gas burners along with pellet cooking and cold smoking capabilities. It even has an additional side burner for even more space
- The digital PID control board is fully programmable, allowing you to reaching temperatures from 180-500 °F
- Turn up the heat with the Flame Broiler Lever(TM) which allows for direct flame searing up to 1,000 °F
- Our grease management system features a simple drip steel bucket. Simply replace the foil liner for clean up; foil liners not included

Is it possible to attach a rotisserie to this grill?
Mcaron, if you decide to attach a rotisserie to your grill and that involves drilling holes into the barrel it will void the warranty.

Amazing BBQ
I bought this for my husband as a Father’s Day gift because our old bbq got swept off of our deck during a wind storm and broke. Best outside purchase we’ve made. We use both sides of it and have loved every meal. It was fairly easy to put together with 2 people.

Good Combo ! But needs some fixing
I have had my Combo a little over a year now. Having alot of great food off of it on both sides, kinda partial to the pellet side though. The only complaint is the chimney on the gas side. If doing greasy things such as burgers the chimney spews grease in the air and collects on the lid which drops on the outside of the Combo and more on my concrete. Pit Boss would do well to fix this issue. For this reason alone I give the funtionality a 3 out of 5 Stars

Was good until not.
Loved it for a year, but then had to replace panel and hose and regulator which after over a month, is still not in with No ETA. I will not go back with Pit Boss. No sure when I'll be able to use my Pit Boss next. Looking at refund options.

I have put it to the test, feeding 30+ people at once. I thought the smoker side might be a little small, but I was able to do a brisket and 2 large pans of smoke mashed potatoes with bacon Yumm all at once. Plus cold smoke a pizza and make a ton of burgers. I am truly impressed and recommend this smoker highly. Bonus the Bluetooth connection to set it and forget it. Great for overnight smokes. Two thumbs up. Just wish it came with the cover not separately.

i have a pit boss combo 1100 series
no problems with pellet side of grill.gas side will not light .have replaced burners and regulator.tank is full and getting spark.waiting on valve assembly since sept

Super pratique
Super pratique d’avoir 2 bbq en 1 car ça prend moins de place sur le patio qu’en avoir 2. Il fonctionne très bien et semble bien fait. C’est un + de pouvoir contrôler la température à distance avec le mode wifi et Bluetooth.
