Beautiful but!!!
We own this faucet for about 2 months, and the cartilage has already needs replacement. While this is beautiful and am happy with it, if I have to replace the cartridge every 2 months not worth the money I paid for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new faucet head for my kitchen faucet. It is covered by warranty. It took quite awhile to get it because it was on backorder. That is my only gripe. Other than that, this is a great faucet.

quality only lasts for a little while
bought this 2 years ago and had installed. love the look and it's been working great until recently. it's now leaking out of the handle and the pull down part. I'm very disappointed at the cost of this product and I already have to hire a plumber to figure out why the 2 leaks out of nowhere....I expected more than 2 years of use...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely to look at, easy to use, simple to install, just a bit noisy. I was worried about the pull out being plastic but that isn't even noticeable. What is a bit curious is the noise from the spout. It's not outrageous, but we went to extreme measures to quiet the sink & dishwasher noise. Never thought we would need to think out the faucet. Overall it is a beautiful fixture and we are pleased with our purchase.
