Missing important component
Looks nice, good price but unfortunately it requires a spout adapter which for whatever reason is NOT INCLUDED. So I started installing, turned off water, removed old faucet, only to find out one of the most IMPORTANT pieces of the kit is NOT INCLUDED. Why any company would do that is beyond me. It says I can order the part separately but of course that will take at least a week. This is NOT A ONE DAY JOB. Pfister has some of the worst reviews compared to Moen and Delta for various reasons. I only went with them because I didn't want to change my valve as Pfister valve was the existing set up. But if you ever have a choice, DO NOT GO WITH PFISTER.
