Sucks!
Just moved into a house with this unit and so far have spent $500 to have it repaired and will cost another $400!

Don’t buy this.
Two years in, the temperature won’t change beyond lukewarm. I can turn the knob as much as I want, but water remains warm. Every other faucet in the same bathroom will give out hot water, but this shower panel. No way to figure out what is the replacement part.

Absolutely ridiculous that the temperature knob keeps breaking and is a known issue. Why doesn't the company invest in making a solid part rather than replace the unit every two years?

Nice but cannot control the temperature
Interesting comments about the temperature control… I bought my house 2 years ago with the bought fully renovated… awesome… however now I cannot take a hot shower anymore… lukewarm warm at best… the knob turns but doesn’t change the temperature by much… a bit frustrating to have a beautiful shower that doesn’t work

Expecting to See a Class Action on this Product
Just received my third shower panel under warranty from Pfister. The product works for 2-3 years before the mixing valve fails. Pfister always says the mixing valve is on backorder...that's funny, and sends a new shower panel. The second panel was different from the first so the plumbing needed to be changed, fortunately the third was identical to the second. You might want to call Pfister and ask why this product is no longer showing on their website. Never again, Pfister

If i can give ZERO star , I will !! For this Pfister Shower panel Model 016-750SP & Pfister Customer Helpline.
A big and reputable company like Pfister cannot even stand behind their product & have a bunch of "clowns" working at its customer help Dept.. NO HELP AT ALL and cannot understand customer needs and show NO Compassion & Understanding
My shower panel was installed in 2019 at my daughter bathroom. She went out of town for university and only came home last year. that means the shower panel was not very often.
this shower panel when it was installed , I noticed the water flow was slow, Temperature selection knob was extremely difficult to turn and the shower function selection knob was also very hard to turn.
I have to use lot of force just to turn & my daughter complained she needs to use both of her hands to turn and she needs to make sure her hands are free of soap or else she cannot control any of the 2 knobs.
water flow is slow compared to my other shower unit that are not Pfister brand.
We coup with these problems since day one (2019)
Last night, my daughter complained that she cannot turn off the water (together with consistent difficulties with temperature selection knob & low water flow)
I had to use both of my hands to turn off the water and I noticed that the water control knob was not properly connected to the shower panel !!!
We now cannot use this shower unit.
I just called to Pfister Customer Service (Jan 13 2024) @ 1-800-732-8238 and got no help at all.
My unit since day one showed a lot of deficiencies (temperature knob problem, water model/turn off knob & Low water flow), They only offered me parts to replace for all the above problems.
I donot know how to repair nor have the right tools and knowledge to use those parts that they want to send to me.
fir such a lousy product and pfister still keeps selling it. I am pretty sure if anyone from Pfister read any of these reviews and do something right and "honourable" , Pfister should offer replacement with better design and product.
Instead, I was told that the parts are not available and then I asked to talk to the manager.This guy - I think his name is Alex who needs to retrain his customer service skill and need to know what is CES in customer satisfaction rating - came to the call and offered NO HELP at all.
I was so upset and asked him to escalate my call. He said he would transfer me to California but he ended up cutting my call and he made no attempt to call me back. I gave my # to the customer rep already.
Send ne a comparable replacement with better internal design and I will change my view on Pfister and its customer service

Temperature knob does not turn.
Bought this panel 2 years ago. The temp knob is stuck! We had removed the knob to try to turn it so we would not boil our skin but it just will not budge. Would not recommend this product.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible
I'm just so frustrated. This is the THIRD Pfister panel that I've installed in an attempt to simply have a temperature knob that works - IT DOESN'T! Originally I purchased a lesser-expensive model, the knob wouldn't turn, so Pfister replaced the panel with the same model. I removed the old and installed the new - SAME PROBLEM. However, Pfister was awesome to deal with and sent me this more expensive model. I removed the old (2nd) unit and installed the 3rd unit. It worked like a dream for a few months but then our old friend "the knob that will not turn rendering the shower almost useless" returned. We've put up with this now for the past few years, but it's just ridiculous. I'm fairly certain that this "unturnable knob" issue is well known to Pfister, and instead of recalling these crap units, they just kept on selling them hoping that people would eventually just get fed up and replace them at their own expense.
