Description
The Solita bath and shower faucet by Pfister features a beautiful Tuscan Bronze finish and offers 6 spray settings. Choose an invigorating spray to help relieve tension or a rain spray which provides more coverage and a soft, even flow for a relaxing shower experience. The water flow can also be paused with a flow rate of less than 0.5 gallon/minute. This faucet features the Pforever Seal(TM), an advanced ceramic disc valve technology with a never leak guarantee, and it is ADA compliant.

Très mauvaise qualité!
2 gros problèmes dès l'installation.
1) Le gasquet du robinet n'était pas étanche et de l'eau coulait derrière le robinet.
2) La bague de plastique de la douche à fendue après 2 semaines d'utilisation.
J'ai changé des robinets plusieurs fois dans ma vie et je n'ai jamais vu une aussi mauvaise qualité

Handle is flimsy! Not happy
Just bought this from the hardware store and installed this as per the instructions and the shower handle is flimsy! Feels like it will break off easily. Not very happy with the quality of this Pfister product. All of my restroom and kitchen products are pfister and I am very satisfied with those. However, this Solita 8p8-soy product has a very cheap feel and will not hold up. Can I get a replacement handle that fits tighter?

No screw to hold handle on with and drain doesn’t
Where do I purchase replacement parts for this unit? There was no screw for the handle on but we’ve made due until the drain stopped working and now I have to locate both items and I’m having a heck of a time

So close, and yet so far (from the wall)
We are doing a bathroom remodel and we generally love your products, so we bought this combo unit for the shower. Install was pretty easy, though the instructions leave a lot to be desired (for example, words). I don't think it would have been an easy install at all for the average home owner.
We were excited and getting the temperature handle installed and it's sticking out a good distance from the wall and feels flimsy. I see that many, many of the other reviews here are saying the same thing. I'm a big guy and the feel of flimsy things makes me very nervous, especially when plumbing is concerned. I think that the secure-fit component mentioned would fix the problem, but for the life of me I can't figure out why that isn't included in the component box.
Ordinarily we recommend Pfister products to everyone, but this is one product that as-is we can't recommend, and warranty or not we don't feel comfortable using until it breaks and then utilizing the warranty. Maybe if the secure-fit sleeve is included in the box, the reviews would be substantially better. I look forward to being contacted by Customer Service on this issue.
The shower head end also does not fit in the bracket designed to hold it and it appears to be hanging on by the grace of God and hope alone. Hopefully there will be a revision in the future to widen it the 1/8th of an inch it needs for a proper seating.

Poor assembly
Just bought this faucet and installed today. Was so excited, finish looks great....everything good till the valve handle got put on. It sticks out way too far and is flimsy. The design is terrible. There's no way a good design team would have missed this, or this company doesn't run product tests! I have no idea what I'm gonna do. This set cost more than it's worth, for sure. I have 4 kids, I'm lucky if it lasts a month.

Solita Shower Combo handle is sticking out to far
