Looks great- but handle is flimsy
Bought 2 of the shower sets and am very disappointed with the shower handles. I thought I would be getting a dependable product considering the Pfister name and price! Surely there must be a fix for this...

Terrible
We are home builders, and almost all of our faucet have been pfister for everything because the quality is usually great. HOWEVER, we just installed two of this same model, and they are horrible. The handle sticks out way too far. And it is so flimsy, it feels like it could break with just the slightest pressure. Incredibly disappointed with this product, and has scarred me from buying other pfister products.

Do not Following the installation Instructions.
I bought this a month ago and installed it this weekend. If you align the valve face as per the instructions it will not sit tight against the wall as per other reviews. I am hoping Pfister will address this issue with my model because the handle sticks out so far past the medal cover on the valve. The plastic valve stem feels very flimsy and worries me with young children. The look of the set is amazing just wish I didn’t have these valve problems.

Everything is great, but the handle
I wish I would have seen all these reviews before my bathroom remodel and everything was installed! The handle feels like if I’m not super careful, it will snap off! I’m very worried about it. I love everything else about it, but the design of the handle was definitely not well thought out!

Take it back, get a different one.
I have never written a bad review before, but this warrants it. First off, the flange issue (as others have stated) is a mess. I bought mine November of 2017 (supposedly after the issue was "fixed) and had the same problem. Also, as others have pointed out, there is an issue with the threads. With electrical tape, you can't fully tighten the pieces without leaving some threads uncovered. I tried to force it and the cheap plastic snapped right in half. Brought in a replacement part, and lo and behold! A different part was leaking. Sigh....

HANDLE BROKE OFF AFTER 1 WEEK . MOUNTING THE HANDLE ON A PLASTIC MOUNT IS STUPID . JUNK IS THE BEST WORD THAT SUMS UP THE PRODUCT
