Soap dispenser not working
The soap dispenser was always tricky getting it to pump after refilling, but now it won't pump at all, and it's only a year old. Faucet is fine, so only need to replace the soap dispenser. How?

Does not swivel
I hate this faucet. This is the third Pfister I have purchased because I loved my other two. I was hesitant to replace my 15 year old one, because I was afraid a new one could never be as good and I was right. The model is almost identical except this one is sooo hard to swivel it keeps loosening the base from the counter. The spray head comes out of its nesting place (isn't strong enough) when you try to swivel it so you have to awkwardly move the back part. The spray nozzle does not sit back in its nesting spot without effort and the hose is so stiff it is hard to spray around the sink or large pots. I am going to replace it after having it for only a year. Maybe I got a bad unit, because I loved my previous Pfister kitchen faucets, but this one is going in the trash.

Good faucet but installation a nightmare
Faucet is fine, works nicely. However, in my installation - single hole on the ss double bowl sink deck - it is impossible to get any kind of wrench (including a basin wrench) on the nut that holds the faucet onto the deck from below. If Pfister had used a plastic nut with wings or flanges so I could tighten adequately by hand it would work fine but the plain brass nut is impossible to grip with any tool. A Pfister bathroom faucet I installed recently had this feature, why not this one?? I would only recommend this model in new work where there is free access to underside of sink/counter.

big mistake
after installing and trying the faucet, i found the pull hose, which is made of a braided or woven material kinks constantly while rotating the head around the inside of the sink to rinse it off. pfister evidently cut corners rather than use the standard stainless steel hose we all know and love. i now have to uninstall the faucet and send it back.huge hassle.
for a great company like pfister to pass this engineering nightmare off on consumers is criminal. DOT NOT BUY!!

Broken out of the box
After installing the Model #F-WKP-701C
I followed the instructions to remove the sprayer to run water for at least 15 seconds to flush both lines. Upon reassemble the spayer started leaking. After taking it back apart I discovered the plastic washer was cracked. As you can see from the photos. I believe this is why it is leaking. I just purchased this faucet and need direction on the next step. I REALLY do not want to uninstall.

Question about Shelton spray feature
Just purchased and installed the Shelton SS faucet. Is the design that you have to hold in the spray button for it to work as a sprayer. Goes back to regular when you release the button. Installation was a breeze and design seems solid.
