NOT an easy install
Returned after trying to install. 1st, you'll need to buy 2 braided water connectors as this brand has their own proprietary connection nozzles. (wish I'd known before I left the store)
2nd, the main nut that secures the faucet to the counter is 1 1/2 inches, OD. There's no tool I could find that would be able to tighten it in such a small area. (between the basin (sink) and the wall under the sink, in my case is about 4")
Pfister, get a smaller nut and use 3/8 water connectors that probably 99% of homes in Canada have.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE UNIT AND LACK OF SERVICE
I BOUGHT THIS UNIT A FEW YEARS AGO, IT STARTED LEAKING AT THE CONNECTION. REPLACED THE WATER LINES AND IT CONTIONUED TO LEAK. IT WAS NOT THE SUPPLY LINES, IT'S LEAKING FROM THE CONNECTION.
TYED CALLING THE 1-800 NUMBER KEEP GETTING A RECORDING WITH THEIR HOURS. NOTE I WAS CALLING IN REGULAR WORK HOURS... TERBERAL SEVICE

Smells awful
Don't buy this if you are at all sensitive to taste or smell. We recently installed this and are unable to get rid of a terrible taste/smell in our water. We can't even wash our hands with it. Currently cooking with bottled water until we can replace it. It's terrible.

Soap dispenser not working
The soap dispenser was always tricky getting it to pump after refilling, but now it won't pump at all, and it's only a year old. Faucet is fine, so only need to replace the soap dispenser. How?

il faut aussi du mastic de plombier et une clé a molette xtra xtra large

Poor quality control
The install went fairly well, up to the point where I had to connect my supply lines. Could NOT get the hot line onto the faucet inlet. Swapped part 970-056 between the two lines, and the problem followed.
Got my calipers out, and lo and behold, the (bad) part is not round, so the inlet would not seat into the part. The good part is 13.9mm dia, the bad part varies from a diameter of 14mm to 13.4 mm at 90 degrees. Basically oval - lol.
At least Pfister responded well to my phone call and the part is being shipped. Unfortunately, I now have no hot water in my kitchen until it arrives. Perhaps this rating will change, but at this point, I am not impressed with their QC. The faucet is pretty nice though.

Does not swivel
I hate this faucet. This is the third Pfister I have purchased because I loved my other two. I was hesitant to replace my 15 year old one, because I was afraid a new one could never be as good and I was right. The model is almost identical except this one is sooo hard to swivel it keeps loosening the base from the counter. The spray head comes out of its nesting place (isn't strong enough) when you try to swivel it so you have to awkwardly move the back part. The spray nozzle does not sit back in its nesting spot without effort and the hose is so stiff it is hard to spray around the sink or large pots. I am going to replace it after having it for only a year. Maybe I got a bad unit, because I loved my previous Pfister kitchen faucets, but this one is going in the trash.
