Too expensive for long term and daily use
Bought this just under 2 years ago in black and it’s exactly what the wife wanted. Unfortunately, not the head has had a tremendous amount of issues, like paint flaking off and exposing the copper underneath, the black rubber button covers falling off, and buttons sticking consistently. We don’t have hard water, or abuse our stuff (but with the price point you should be able to!) I don’t recommend if you’re actually going to use it in a kitchen. I’ve tried to contact the support to order a replacement, but it’s always “closed” even during their hours of operation!

Not worth it’s weight only looks good
I bought the product 2 years ago it was nice looking and everything until it started from the upper part of the spout
The matte finish started to show some copper color here and there
The two button on the side of the spout aren’t functioning properly

DO NOT BUY!!
I bought this 2 years ago and it is utter garbage. Read all the reviews and beware. First the chrome over the spray nozzle started to come off and one time I got a deeply embedded sliver in my hand from using the nozzle. It didn't come out for weeks, I couldn't pick it out and it was very painful. The buttons on the nozzle started to fail after about a year.
I used the same techniques as the other posters, DW40 and then a different lubricant. I was able to get it to work temporarily but ultimately the button continued to stick over and over. I have to manually pull the button out now with my fingernails as it is very firmly stuck when used. As you can see from the picture, the button finally came off when I was trying to dislodge it and I have left it off because it's easier than dealing with a stuck button.
That did not resolve the issue - I still have to pull it out, but at least now it's easier.
The buttons also started to leak very early on. This was expensive and didn't even last a year.

Mauvais produits en tirant la tête d’arrosage seulement occasionnellement l’eau c’est mis à sortir et gicler partout et en fermant l’eau et remettant la tête dans sa position l’eau c’est répandue sous l’évier un gros dégât car l’eau

Failed twice - don’t waste your money
I bought this approximately 2 years ago. In that time the actual nozzle broke, and just today the seal inside the hose to nozzle connection has failed causing water to spray up. Utter disappointment

Stylish and easy to install
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was lucky enough to get this faucet in my voxbox. It is a stylish product and I've been using this for about a month. This was fairly easy to install, took less than 40 minutes to do it myself. I'm not completely sure about the sturdiness of the product as the interior parts are mainly plastic, will have to wait and see. There was a bit of a leak after a couple of weeks which seems to be a common problem, you just need to follow the troubleshooting tip in the manual and tighten an inside part.
