Pretty but not water balloon approved
Originally I loved this faucet. It's beautiful. It's easy for my toddler to reach. I find it easy to clean. The handles are smooth and easy to turn. However with all that being true, we have found a MAJOR flaw. If you have kids like I do than you know eventually one of your kids is going to attach a water balloon and fill it up. Well, with this faucet the only thing you are going to fill up is the cabinet under your sink. For some reason this particular faucet is not sealed well and if you attach a balloon it back flows threw the neck and dumps all the water under your sink and into your cabinet. I am upset due to the fact that we have had the faucet for 5 -7 months and it has ruined my floor and the cabinet under the sink. I had no idea where the water had been coming from until I happened to be in the bathroom with my kid and I heard water gushing everywhere. I opened the cabinet and it rushed out. I have bubbled up flooring and a ruined cabinet as well. Several times I have has mystery water all over the place and have been perplexed as to where it had came from. It never occurred to me that it could have come from the faucet, but it did. The water has been running out from behind the cabinet and I never knew where the water had came from. Now I do. I had a replacement sent. Just got that and sure enough. Same issue. Now I am going to have to replace my floor, my cabinet and the faucet. In the future I will test every faucet to see if it is water balloon approved. I am sad my beautiful faucet has to go but a kid friendly faucet is more important that pretty.

Another great Pfister faucet
This review is based on 1-year use of the Masey faucet and it is as good as the 16 year old Pfister faucet it replaced when a new sink was installed. The pop-up drain was super easy to install, and with no adjustments required, it fully seals when closed, and drains great when in the open position. Yes, water spotting can be an issue depending on the hardness (mineral content) of your water, but that is the case will all brushed nickel faucets. Would need to go with chrome or a dark finish to hide water spotting issues. We have found that a quick wipe down with a standard bathroom spray cleaner cleans it up quite well.

I like the design and function but they never look clean. From the beginning they’ve had water spots. Dark grey spots that won’t come off.

Sadly not functioning right after less than a year
I bought three of these facets, one for my downstairs bathroom and two for my master double sink. One of my master sinks I never use, so I can’t comment on that one. However, for one I do use, the hot water handle now creaks and is getting very hard to turn. I paid a few hundred dollars to install the upstairs faucets... plus the cost of the faucets themselves. The thought of having to replace them makes my stomach turn after less than a year as that’s a huge financial hit overall. Also, for the one downstairs, the stopper did not close correctly as the adjustment was slightly off. I got it to function, but not as it should. Beautiful facets, but they’re not functioning correctly. I’ll really have thrown away a lot of money if I need to get the upstairs faucets replaced as I can’t install them myself.
