Too expensive for long term and daily use
Bought this just under 2 years ago in black and it’s exactly what the wife wanted. Unfortunately, not the head has had a tremendous amount of issues, like paint flaking off and exposing the copper underneath, the black rubber button covers falling off, and buttons sticking consistently. We don’t have hard water, or abuse our stuff (but with the price point you should be able to!) I don’t recommend if you’re actually going to use it in a kitchen. I’ve tried to contact the support to order a replacement, but it’s always “closed” even during their hours of operation!

Not worth it’s weight only looks good
I bought the product 2 years ago it was nice looking and everything until it started from the upper part of the spout
The matte finish started to show some copper color here and there
The two button on the side of the spout aren’t functioning properly

Great tap but periodic easy adjustment required
Like other reviews, After a few months my faucet started spraying out at the swivel. Loved the tap till then. Cabinet got a little wet : (
Now that I took spray head apart, I see that with an 8 mm Allen key, you can tighten the white swivel ball holder. A very simple fix. Just would have been better if I would have known before the water leakage under cabinet. It seems like something that’ll have to be on the once in a while and added to maintenance list. Take note, When the swivel goes from stiff (firm grip) to loose, that’s your sign take apart and re-adjust.
Other that that, it’s a great tap.

Professionally installed faucet in my new kitchen. Just started spraying water out of the pull out part head. Would like a new one but would need someone to install it. Not really impressed.

After not even 4 months it’s a mess . Have to replace a the cartridge because we have 0 hot water pressure and it leaks from the pull down stem . Better of buying a different faucet than paying the plumber to fix the multiple issues and the ones that will come before.

If you need a plumbing inspection DO NOT BUY THIS
I bought this product for 2 kitchens, this product will not pass a plumbing inspection because there is no CSA logo or stamp on this product. I have been in contact with Pfister and the certification they sent was for a bathroom tub... Rona will not take this product back as it has been installed and not deemed as defection.
