Does not provide heat
Appearance wise this fireplace looks nice enough. But for providing heat it is useless. The built in thermostat does not work. The fireplace is installed right next to my thermostat and with room temp reading 72 and fireplace set at 73 or anything higher, the unit does not turn on. Cannot even override the thermostat to just have heat on. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer through email and tried to call - no response. Also unable to pair the fireplace with my phone to use the app. So wifi capability is also useless.
