Heater is wonderful!
This really warms up our patio. It was a great deal - we bought this last summer and have used nearly nightly!
The instruction manual was subpar; we did work it out with help from Tamerin at their company. She gave me a LOT of great tips - delightful young lady! She deserves a raise, sincerely - best service I have EVER had from any company.

Easy to assemble
We bought this patio heater in the grey colour, in store.
It had great instructions for assembly and are looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it on the cooler evenings.

We've had this heater for about a month - it has worked quite well so far. It was easy to assemble, although the instructions might have the installation of the supplied AAA battery (for the ignitor) listed incorrectly). Great service from Rona. Recommended.

Looking forward to using our deck more
We recently received our patio heater. It was very easy to assemble and looks good in the corner of the deck. Only gave it 4 stars because we just gave it a test run to see if it worked. We would be able to comment further once we have used it for an entire season. We do like the wheels, very eary to move around the deck. It was a cooler day when we tested it but the heat seemed to radiate well,.
