Description

The AttiCat System is made up of AttiCat Expanding Blown-In PINK FIBERGLAS Insulation and the AttiCat Insulation Blowing Machine (available in the Tool Rental Dept.), engineered specifically for insulating attics. Topping up your attic to the recommended R-60 (or 22.25 in) can save you up to 20% in heating and cooling costs and can be done in as little as 2 hours. Quick and easy with virtually no mess or settling. Made in Canada with a minimum 73% recycled glass content, SCS Certified, GREENGUARD Gold certified for indoor air quality and validated to be formaldehyde free.
ECOLOGO 

Ecological Attributes

This insulating product is certified ECOLOGO®. It emits fewer VOCs and formaldehyde for better air quality, reduces heat loss for energy savings, and is made from at least 45% of recycled materials to reduce the use of raw materials. The use of recycled materials decreases the environmental impacts associated with extraction of raw materials and landfilling. Moreover, by reducing the level of harmful substances in your home, you improve the quality of air and decrease the adverse impacts on human health. This product is certified by GREENGUARD, attesting that it has less of an impact on indoor air quality. The concentrations of the total volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and formaldehyde are less than 0.5 mg/m3, reducing the impact on human health in the home.
