Purchased last month. Missing parts and I mean all of the assembly hardware.
Outsunny was horrible to deal with and no customer service to speak of.
Just chatbots trying to solve the issues.
I was asked IF I could advise of the missing parts and damaged items.
That would be great but too many to list and I did not even have a parts list or instructions!!!
To really set things off I had to drive this thing back to Nanaimo from Comox to RONA to do the return. What
a waste of time and energy. RONA customer service was great though and they should stop carrying this third party
sellers item as it was shipped from Outsunny in Oshawa!!!!
