Cooks epic 16-in pizza with an authentic stone-baked base. This pizza oven festures a durable, ceramic fiber-insulated, powder-coated steel shell for superior heat retention and weather resistance. Compatible with natural gas using Ooni Natural Gas Conversion Kit. It presents an extra-thick, 15 mm (0.6 in.) cordierite baking board. It runs on propane gas and is ready to cook in just 20 minutes from lighting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pizza oven, I just wish that the gas burner was in the back and on both sides as opposed to how it is now in the back and only on the left side.
An other improvement will be a better insulation as the heat is escaping from the top body.

This thing works very well and once you get the hang of it, making pizza with the Ooni is pretty easy. Well… stretching and everything is as hard as it would ever be, but the actual cooking is a breeze.
