Best little pizza oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great purchase. We love making pizzas with the Omni. It has been just a ton of fun. Oh it also makes the best pizzas. We just got back from Italy and I can’t remember how many pizzas we had while there. We have been making our version of a Roman pizza using a recipe we got while in Rome. Just perfection! The only part of the process that I haven’t done well on is getting the pizza into the oven with the peel. I am getting better

A quality and reliable product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing the Ooni advertisements, I decided to purchase one. Since it is just me and my wife at home with one son left, I decided the 12" size was appropriate for us since we each like different pizza types.
I decided to get the pellet style because I was familiar with wood pellets from using my Traeger smoker. The use of wood pellets is easy for me and the internal temperature of the oven gets up to 850 degrees. I found the assembly of the unit to be easy.
I would recommend this type of oven for couples as you can make your own style pizza using your desired sauce and toppings. It only takes about 90 seconds to fully cook an approximate 8-10" pizza.

1st impression is that it doesn't work well if there is any breeze or wind
Disappointed with the Fyra 12 for working with a breeze. While turning the pizza with a peel it was hard to deal with flames blowing back at my hands towards the front door. Also hard to keep the temp up to optimal temps with any breeze while cooking. Not a great 1st impression unfortaneyly, and if the store would return it I would gladly try another unit and I've used this one once. The store won't do anything so I am stuck with it now

Delicious Wood Fired Pizza!
This is our first pizza oven and we wanted an “authentic” wood fired taste. This oven does not disappoint! Making pizza like a pro our first time using it and we couldn’t be happier!
