This adjustable spring hinge lets you calibrate the performance and alignment of your door easily. It measures 4 in W x 4 in L. This full mortise spring hinge has a 5/8 in corner radius.

This is the wrong product photo.
This product is not correct, the image shows staggered holes, when in fact the same in store product I returned is semi circular holes. The store confirmed it’s the same code, should be same products but it’s clearly not. Very frustrating.

They work, hole pattern is different than image
I bought these to replace broken ones on my garage door. Like I said, the hole pattern is different, I went to pick these up, because they had the same pattern as the existing ones. Not a big deal for me as I had good wood around the old holes to make new ones. If the hole pattern is what you need, these won't work. Also, the supplied screws are horrible and will strip as soon as you hit the plate. Do yourself a favour and use your old ones or buy some separately to save the aggravation. Lost a couple of stars for those reasons I mentioned.
