Can these be painted white?
Thank you for the question. The balusters are powder coated black, which involves an oven process in finishing. If you were to spray the balusters white, we do not warranty the balusters however, we have seen multiple homeowners paint them that required white for a project.

Can these be used on an indoor railing?
Thank you for the question. Using the surface mount connectors, the balusters can be connected to multiple wood surfaces. The balusters are tested for exterior use.

Decent for the price
Convenient kit with balusters and connectors for a good price. They were fairly install using the video on the company website. They look great when you don’t look too closely. Upon closer inspection the plastic connectors dont always seat perfectly and look cheap. The provided screws are cheap too and can break off if you haven’t pre-drilled your holes though the instructions don’t specify to do that.
Look closely in the box when you buy this from Rona. Twice the box didn’t contain what it was supposed to - Rona must have accepted a poor return without inspection.

looks so much better than wood pickets
being a deck contractor i used to always use wood pickets. i switched to these pickets as they cost a little more than the wood ones but it takes same time to install these as the wood ones and looks 1000x better when the deck is finished
