Description
Compatible with roof details like concrete chimneys and metallic flashing, the Resistoseal Non-Fibrous Roof Coating can also be used for caulking doors, windows, or cracks and holes. This roof coating is waterproof and maintains its flexibility and effectiveness even in extreme temperature changes. For very damaged surfaces, fill the crack or hole with plastic cement primer before applying this roof sealant.

can you paint over this product and will it adhere to metal
Thank you for your recent inquiry and your interest regarding our product. Most paints will crack when applied to this product since they do not have the same elasticity of the coating. We could, however, recommend our Aluminum roof coating over it See model #34005. Both products will adhere to metal. Can I use this product on a rv roof?
Thank you for your recent inquiry and your interest regarding our product. This bitumen-based coating is intended to be used on old asphalt built-up roof (tar and gravel roof) where the gravel will cover the coating at the end of the installation. Most RV roofs are made with EPDM rubberized membrane which is made with plasticizers that prevent the adhesion of bitumen. For this reason, we do not recommend using the product over this surface. Can I use this on plywood before applying a self adhesive cap sheet
Thank you for your recent inquiry and your interest regarding our product. This product cannot be used with our self-adhesive membranes. These two products are not compatible. What is the sq ft coverage of this, Non-Fibrous Roof Coating - 18.9 L Item #000338922
Thank you for your recent inquiry and your interest regarding our product. Coverage will vary a lot depending on the surface you will use the product on. The coverage over an old tar and gravel surface will require much more product than a smooth surface such as metal. This is why the coverage of the product varies from 27.32 to 38.71 m² (294.1 to 416.7 ft²). So if you have a rough surface, it might be closer to 294 ft² and on a smooth surface, you will probably be closer to 416 ft². For more information, do not hesitate to contact us.

Can it be use on old shingles?
