Would this be a less expensive choice instead of staining my above ground foundation? I have it below grade and a bit above grade. Why do people not put it all the way up the exposed foundation?
Thank you for your question and interest in our product. The product is designed to protect exterior masonry or concrete structures by preventing the absorption of water vapour and moisture into the concrete. This keeps the concrete dry and limits the amount of water vapour that can penetrate the building through the concrete. As this same phenomenon does not occur above ground level, the product is only intended for use below ground. You will not gain benefit of using it above grade. Est ce que je peux utiliser le produit à l'intérieur dans un sous sol en béton pour empêcher l'éfritement des murs?
Bonjour, merci pour votre intérêt envers nos produits. Ce produit est strictement conçu pour une utilisation extérieure sous le niveau du sol. Il empêchera la migration de l'humidité du sol dans le béton. Nous ne vous recommandons pas de l'utiliser à l'intérieur. Le produit doit normalement être utilisé sous le niveau du sol seulement, mais notre Enduit aluminium pour toiture (Article #74165112) est compatible avec ce produit et pourrait être utilisé. Bonjour ce produit couvre approximativement 100 pi2 par 1.2 gallon à 1.7 gallon , tout dépend de la surface à appliquer .

Great stuff!
I used this for concrete and ICF foundation walls. Not cheap but one pail covered more than I thought and it sticks well.
