The Spire 3050R 30-in built-in dual-fuel gas grill is constructed with premium 304-grade stainless steel, with maximum strength and durability in mind. This unit boasts 63,000 BTUs of fire-roasting power across 5 stainless steel main burners and one ceramic rear burner. 758 square inches of total cooking power offers plenty of room for any sized menu. The electronic ignition allows the burners to fire up instantly while the built-in temperature gauge enables precise temperature regulation. Perched above the primary burners are stainless steel angled flame tamers that deflect heat, prevent flare-ups and vaporize drippings into flavour infusions that permeate foods with a distinctive smoky taste. This Even-Heat System distributes consistent and uniform heat across the solid stainless steel cooking grates so there aren't any hot spots.
