Best investment

Great peace of mind
We purchased this system over a year ago to have back-up power in case of an electrical outage. Since then, we've had reason to use it several times. It's kept our refrigerator and freezer running in summer, and this last outage happened in December in cold weather. What a relief to have heat still available with the power out. The system was fairly easy to set up, and since we also bought the power transfer switch and had it professionally installed, it's super easy to just plug in the generator and power the important circuits of the house. We just purchased a second pod to go with the system, we like it so well. And it's great that this system is portable, so if we move, it can come along to the new place! I might add that people should be aware that because of the type of battery, it's quite heavy, and this may be a consideration for some, or for how they set the system up.

Excellent design, assembly was easy, and works very well.
The excellent design made assembly very easy. The only problem in assembly was that one of the F-5 wheel lock screws had damaged threads on the end. I have a small set of files and repaired the threads easily. Putting lock nuts on each F-5 screw would make them self repairing. You already ship the F-3 I bolts this way. The stop nuts would be used as stop nuts to control the depth of the F-5 screws. The Natures battery has worked well for a few weeks. It runs my refrigerator all night using less than 2 bars of energy.

A fine product, exemplary service!
I received my Nature's Generator Platinum System, assembled the various components and charged it up. I realized it was missing one piece, an MC4 Branch Connector, that allows two solar panels to be connected to the system at the same time, rather than just one. I contacted the company and they sent out an extra, no problem. Glitches happen and Nature's Generator took care of it. Highly recommended!
