Perfect way to cook!
Bought this griddle a few days ago. Spent 30-40mins seasoning it burning off 3 coats of oil over medium/high heat. Wiped it down and let it stand for the evening. Next morning I cooked my first breakfast on it. Worked BEAUTIFULLY! Exactly what I was looking for as an add on to my new Napoleon Rouge 525. Perfect for sauteing vegetables and cooking eggs. Can't wait to do pancakes and bacon on this griddle. I even had a friend that was over for dinner the other night, make the comment that he NEEDED to get one to add to his grill as well. Super impressed.

PERFECT Add On to any Napoleon Grill
This cast iron griddle is the perfect add-on for any grill. I purchased this to top off my Prestige Pro, and I use it almost every other week. It allows for versatility in the cooking, and gives me additional reasons to use my grill. It holds heat, and performs exactly as you would expect a heavy-duty cast iron flat top. MUST BUY!
