We LOVE our fireplace

Fault in the COLD!
This system works great in the summer time. But, in the winter the heater and blower fault out everytime it gets below 32 degrees. I have to cycle my breakers on and off to reset the fault. Then it might work or it might not. I've called the store twice in the past 1.5 years of ownership and even drove over and asked them to fix my issue. To this day I've had ZERO response from the retail store. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

The fan is very weak. They say it is to keep it quiet but all it does is warm your wall. I could buy a cheaper one elsewhere that blows the heat out twice as far

Excellent product
The fire is incredibly real and that’s what we were looking for .
Easy to install. Looks amazing when complete . Good heat although we won’t be using it . This is our second Napoleon fireplace with no issues
