Damaged product
I have previously submitted this review and instead of experiencing decent customer service and attending to the reported issues: RONA has declined my review stating that it doesn't meet website guidelines which is quite a silly reason. Attention to staff who reviews this: I will keep posting this review and will not be dismissed. Otherwise I will escalate this further. I currently have an open CASE: CAS-987579-J5H0L1
