Does the job, but regret buying it
I bought this chair over a month ago since the COVID-19 situation made me have to work from home at my desk for 40+ hours a week.
My experience with Lowe's was great, delivery was easy and professional.
Assembly of the chair was okay, it came with the tools needed to assemble and was pretty straight forward, except for one plastic cover piece that would not attach. I essentially ended up assembling the chair without it and have it laying in my storage since it was supposed to be screwed into the bottom of the seat, but it does not come with starter holes for the screws which made it impossible to put in place without an electric drill - which is odd since it came with a hand held screw driver piece to be used on only that section. The build quality seems good, considering the price. However, the chair does creak when I move and one of the screw lineups was quite off which I needed to correct with a lot of trial and error, so it doesn't feel very "premium" in that sense.
In terms of comfort, I was previously sitting on a wooden dining chair, so this chair is definitely an upgrade from that. I am only 5'2" so I had concerns about the headrest, but it is true to measurements and fits me fine. I would be happy with this chair for a standard home usage of 2-3hrs a day since the seat offers nice support and the back is fairly comfortable. However, since I am using this to work 8hrs+ a day, I don't find it nearly as supportive as the chairs I am used to in an office setting.
To be fair, you get what you pay for and this is not an ergonomic chair, but for my needs as someone using it for over 40hrs a week on work and then gaming on weekends outside of that, I should have saved my money and put it towards an ergonomic chair that had support.
