Love the removable hose.
After figuring out that the connections have changed in the last 34 years, it was a piece of cake to install after getting the correct adaptors. My housekeeper and mother are extremely happy with it. The brand is the only one I have ever used in many houses. This brand always lasts. In fact this product replaced a same brand installed by my father 34 years ago.

Spray hose sprays everywhere all over the counter
I recently had a plumber install this faucet. The spray hose sprays everywhere. I have to wipe up behind the taps every time. I am disappointed that I now have this faucet instead of my old leaking one. I never had that problem before. I went with the recommendation of a sales person at the store. I see that others have had the same complaint. The whole faucet is way too clunky. I should have not gone with a recommendation and just picked one out myself. I can’t pay another plumber for the same job. It has already been too expensive.

Leaks like a faucet!!!!!
I bought two! The second to replace the first. Both leaked after about 6 months of use (internal). Water all over, yet the Moen solution was to send me a replacement part several weeks later. I am really not happy with this product or their so-called ‘warranty’.
