Overall pretty good
We’ve been using this shower head for about a year now. It does need at least 80psi to be effective and the knob at the head isn’t reachable for a child. Overall we like it and just bought a second one for our other bathroom

The shower head is nice but it has a couple key flaws. The dial to turn it from the shower head to the hand shower is extremely hard to turn for anyone who uses it and the shower heads drip even when you do manage to turn it all the way to the other one head

Leaks leaks leaks
This is difficult to use and I had to buy better rubber washers to stop the leaks from the shower arm, but no matter how you adjust it, there is always a trickle of water coming out of the main shower head or the handheld. The control knob to select between the two heads is at the top, so forget about kids being able to reach it, and it's very stiff and tough to turn even for a big and tall guy like me. The only plus is the flexible hose is metal. Lots of chrome plated plastic parts. Don't waste your time with this. Shame on you Moen.
