Low flow shower head.
At first, I was going to rate this a 0. if I could as the water pressure is garbage on it. So here is what I found out, the restrictor is limiting the flow to some specs for the USA for low pressure to save water. If you remove the rubber stopper carefully, then with some needle nose plyers, remove the blue restrictor, put the rubber back in, make sure it is in correctly and you have normal water pressure. And its great!! it looks stunning in a white shower

Horrible low flow shower
horrible shower flow, just trickles out. I warn anyone who has hair, don't buy this one! it looks beautiful, and the water comes out of the faucet great, but as soon as you turn on the shower, dribbles. and I have to crank the hot all the way over and I had Moen parts before so it was an easy switch out.
