Design flaw between base plate and spout
I've read the evaluation of "ssinfo" and I totally agree with it. There is a design flaw between the base plate and the spout, where there is no seal. If fact, there is a "split ring" made of black plastic, the split measures 3 mm, this is where the water can infiltrate (for example, when our hands are wet and we handle the lever, water will drop to the base and get through the little opening).
One would have to put a lot of plumber's putty on the inside of the baseplate to try to render it watertight, which is not supposed to be necessary since the manual says it's easy to install. For a new product this is quite bad. The plastic part that goes under the metal baseplate have an integrated seal to stop water from infiltrating between the base plate and the sink frame, but this seal is useless for the water that drops between the spout and the baseplate.

J’ai fait installé ce robinet par un plombier .
Il a fait quelques test pour bien vérifier l’étanchéité et aucune fuite d’eau ,depuis il fonctionne à merveille.
Format idéal ni trop gros ni trop petit.
Très contente de mon achat.

Faucet is leaking between the base plate and spout
Hello, I really wanted this faucet to work well since the price range and quality/cost seems very good.
However, after a very thorough installation, I did some check to verifiy the water infiltration on the base plate and I noticed some drops of water in the cabinet under the sink.
I compared with the previous Moen Adler faucet that was installed and I could see why the faucet is dripping.
Here are the 2 design flaw:
#1) Moen removed the seal between the base plate and the spout. So water can inflitrate very easily. In fact, the best solution would be to have a one-piece plate-spout alredy together. I suppose
#2) The new plastic hand screw wing nut cannot be tighten strongly. In the end I used a Groove Plier to tighten the plastic wing nut but I was still leaking.
It does not leak a lot... but It leaks. A new faucet that leaks is unacceptable for me.
I will now look at a faucet that has a better water protection/infiltration between the base plate and the spout and that is also using standard wing nut that can be tighten with standard tools.
I hope Moen will review the design of this Adler kitchen faucet since It was a reference for me in the future. I must also tell that I own two buildings of 24 appartements units, it is not the first faucet I install...

The product is simple, elegant and functional. What stands out is the service behind. This has a life time warranty from Moen. My dealings with Moen lead me to believe that they're taking their warranty seriously! Kudos to Moen! :-)

Really nice and great price
I bought this to replace a fancier Moen faucet that kicked the bucket. Its action is not as refined as the fancy one, due I think to the shorter lever arm. Turning on the water doesn't feel as smooth. But it works, has a lifetime warranty, and is really quite great value for money.

Easy installation
Our kitchen tap had seen better days and it took less than 1 hour to install our new one. All I needed was teflon tape for the supply hoses and an adjustable wrench to do the job.
