We suggest aligning the bucket with the unit and unplugging the device for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in. This should clear the error. Parfait!
Habitant un demi sous-sol j'avais un gros problème d'humidité en été, problème résolu maintenant grâce à ce déshumidificateur. Il contient bcoup, j'adore le fait qu'on puisse le "setter" pour qu'il arrête au niveau de notre choix car je ne suis vraiment po certaine de réussir à le lever sinon. Son format sera aussi très pratique en hiver pour le ranger.

Compact and silent
Great dehumidifier, compact, not too loud. Easy app to manage settings. Had to call the service to ask some questions and they responded fast. The bucket takes hours/days to fill up, and compared to old dehumidifier that you had to empty everyday, it’s way more efficient. Easy to handle. Perfect for an open space with two floors (mezzanine) 1600 sq ft. Easy buy online with same day pick up.

Been using the product for 2 weeks, works great so far to reduce the humidity level. Only complaint I have so far is those filters on the side. Shallow and no where to grip them, theses are just too difficult to remove, even when using a grip mat...
