Poor construction / NOT Commercial grade.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans better than my front load washer. I contribute that mostly to the agitator. The overall quality of the washer is garbage. It’s far afield from being a commercial unit. The start button is the biggest joke I have ever seen! The entire panel moves 1.5” when you press the button. That is unacceptable junk! I think the 1/2 hp motor is a positive feature. The wash programs suck. They were obviously written by someone who has never washed clothes. If I could somehow find another fool who would buy it, I would take a loss and buy a speed queen. I really had high hopes for Maytag but they are such a disappointment. I don’t mean to be ugly, I just want to provide a true review.
