Description
Get thoroughly clean fabrics with this Maytag front-load washer with its intensive program and extra power function. The Extra Power boost button increases stain fighting performance on any wash program with a dual-temperature wash. This appliance has many other cycles for your convenience, including a fast cycle for small loads and a sanitation program which uses very high temperatures to eliminate 99.9% of common bacteria. These different cycles can be paired with a Fresh Hold option, which is specifically designed to keep clean clothes smelling fresh in the washer with an internal fan and intermittent tumbling that can circulate air through clothes for up to 16 hours after the wash cycle ends. Finally, the increased spin speed extracts more water and speeds up the drying process. Backed by a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labour, 10 years on motor parts.

Another set of Maytags
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) These machines replaced a Maytag washer/dryer set that we purchased in 1987, If they last nearly that long, we will be pleased. As it is, we are benefiting from the more modern technology and enjoying clean clothes with the front load washer. We especially like the 15 minute quick wash cycle. The washer/dryer set look good and work well and we are satisfied to date.

Quiet & Pedestel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a Maytag washer with this one a few weeks ago. Hats off to Maytag for engineering the new Maytag to fit on the Pedestal we had with our old Maytag. That was a deciding factor in choosing what washer to buy. We are pleased with how quiet it is. It is working fine and our clothes are clean. We have not tried every setting yet. It is easy to operate. However, we do miss having a drum light. We are happy with our purchase.

Great Upgrade
