No manual about how to use the controls included
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A "how to use the controls" manual DID NOT COME WITH THE OVEN. There were piles of booklets/manuals that came with the appliance that told how to install the oven, but nothing about how to operate it. OK, so I went to the Maytag website and typed in the model number, and what did I get? Information that said things like "some models will (or will not) have this feature." Then why did I need to type in my particular model number? In the list that followed was something called "User's Manual." This was the same thing that came with the overn -- how to install it. Toward the end of the list was something called "Control Guide." I learned by downloading it that's Maytag speak for a user's manual, or user's guide, or how to operate the oven. Finally!
Please Maytag, include a "Control Guide" with your appliances, and make your website information more specific to each appliance you sell. It will save a lot of frustration.
I thought about giving this review a lower score, but the appliance is attractive and seems to work fine (now that I've learned how the controls work). The 4 stars echoes my frustration with the lack of a "Control Guide" that should have come with the oven, and the unclarity of the Maytag website.

We love it much more than our old one

Amazing
