Bad design
I purchased 2 if these toilet seats, I wanted soft close seats, but both seats stopped staying upright, after barely two months. As most men do, I like to do my business standing up, how I have to hold the cover either by one hand or with my knee. It's sooooo frustrating. Impossible to return. Garbage , now I have to buy another lqur, from a competitor.

Nous avons acheté ce siège le 1er juillet 2022 à notre arrivée à notre nouvelle maison et il a fendu en à peine 5 mois avec utilisation normale de 3 adultes et les weekends seulement!
Le Rona où nous l'avons acheté nous dit qu'il n'y a aucune garantie!
C'est n'importe quoi... au Québec il y a une garantie d'usage normal applicable

Nice idea but the materials are rubbish
Bought this seat over a year ago. 5 months later we called the plumber thinking maybe the seal needed replacing because the smell was atrocious. That didn't solve the problem. Should've checked the reviews before it was purchased. It stinks, is discoloured from having an eco friendly cleanser drip onto it. It's going to have to be replaced which is a shame it'll add to the landfill. Keep working on the quality and maybe then, it'll be worth the money.
