Honestly, just love it so far
Purchased and installed it 3 months ago. Had a wood stove and burned wood for 25 years. This stove is cleaner, easier to operate, more efficient, more consistent heat, easy to regulate, wish I had done it sooner.
Found the stove very easy to install. The App worked immediately, its so nice to lay in bed and turn the stove on from bed, or leaving work, just to turn it on and have it pumping out heat in a few minutes. We have a 1500sqft home, plus a full basement and the stove is set up in the basement. In 3 months we have only had it on the lowest possible setting and it pumps out more than enough heat to get the basement toasty and the heat radiates upstairs through the course of the day on low. You can also set the stove to a temperature and it will turn itself on and off to regulate the heat. I haven't done that, its easier to just turn it on and off via the remote or the app. The hopper is huge and holds 3 bags which typically is buying me about 4 to 7 days depending on the outside air temp.
Only negative I can come up with is that when the hopper runs dry I get an error code come up that I can't get rid of unless I power the stove off for ~10 seconds and turn it back on again. Really a minor complaint and most likely something I'm missing in the setup.
It's very easy to clean, I wait until it cools and then vacuum up the ash with my shopvac. Honestly it takes 2 minutes, and is way easier than cleaning out a woodstove fire box. As well the byproduct is only dust so the chimney is super clean after 3 months compared to a wood stove.
It does have a circuit board, fans and an app so I doubt that it will last 25 years without problems, but so far this stove is amazing.

Works great!! Throws a lot of heat
Bought this 4 months ago works well, throws a lot of heat and the big hopper is very convenient. I live in Maine and so far I haven’t had to have to turn it past the lowest level to heat our place.

Heats well so far…. But noisy
Just purchased and connected.
We are happy with the heat production and temperature control.
Issues so far - the pellet dispenser is loud - sounds like an ice machine - not too pleased about that. Also, issues hooking up to wifi.
Will keep trying and will update the review further once things settle - hoping they will…..
