Excellent fire pit
I bought this on sale, and am so pleased with the functionality. I have been reading about smokeless fire pits, but was skeptical. After assembling and on first use, was very impressed.

Very impressed with this fire pit
This unit burns hot, with no fanning or too much adjusting the wood. Once the wood burns down below the rim it becomes far more smokeless. The hotter the fire, the less smoke. You can still smell the wood. It's also light enough that I can easily move it. I will definitely be taking it camping, and it comes with a nylon bag.

Quality construction at a great price. It has an insulated panel under the fire box and a removable ash catcher that sits on top of it. I liked the center post in the fire box which supports the firewood in an upright position. It creates a very hot fire. I had it sitting on the grass and there was some browning of the lawn underneath.
