Installation Incredibly Painful
Mounting system requires millimeter precision, and yet the wall mounting pins varied from each other by that same dimension. and the same with the location of plates in the cabinet. Moral of the story you will need to create your own template. The installation is not for the casual DIY'er. If the manufacturer/retailer can't be bothered to print an installation template and throw it in the box, I can't provide any stars. Also misleading description on the number of shelves.

Mirror shattered
Bought just a few years ago when we bought our house. Today the adhesive let go and caused one of the mirror doors to fall off and shatter.

Installation Guide
As others have noted, this unit is nice, good quality and value, but comes fully assembled without any instructions or template, making the installation rather challenging. I'll step up where Luxo Marbre failed.
You will need:
- Philips (+) #1 size screwdriver
- drill
- hammer
- large level (preferably at least 2')
- a small level (a cheap 4" plastic "bullet" level will do the job)
- pencil
- scissors
- a single sheet of paper larger than the cabinet itself (I used "building paper" like www.rona.ca/en/red-rosin-multipurpose-building-paper-36x167-8969001, but parchment paper or drafter's paper would work equally well. I would not advise using newspaper or multiple sheets of paper taped together, as accuracy is important here.)
- soft blanket, carpet, or nearby bed
- thin piece of wood at least 1" x 4" (I used a shim, like www.rona.ca/en/shingle-shim-shingle-bac12ssv-0975001)
- 3/32nds drill bit
- 1/8th drill bit
- 13/64ths drill bit
- 9/32nds drill bits (you can go smaller and ream the holes a bit if you don't have these exact sizes
- painter's tape)
- an empty space on your floor large enough to lay the cabinet down and for you to move around it
- another human to help you at the end
Optional:
- small mirror without a border, or as thin a border as you can get
A note before you start: I think the heads on the screws that were included are slightly too large, preventing them from fully recessing into the wall brackets, especially when using the drywall plugs. I believe this is a major cause of the problems people are having. While I used the supplied screws and got the cabinet installed, you may want to consider getting screws with slightly smaller heads. Smaller heads usually mean smaller diameter screws though, making for a weaker screw, and this is a heavy cabinet. Smaller screw heads with the same diameter threads would be ideal, if you can find them. If you do go with smaller screws, consider also getting smaller drywall plugs (depending on how much smaller the diameter is).
1 Place a strip of painter's tape on each mirror and write "left" or "right" on it.
2 Remove the doors. Just trust me - this thing is heavy and unwieldy enough without them. With the doors wide open, release each hinge one at a time by removing the screw with the rounded head (the one towards the rear of the cabinet), pressing and holding the button at the back of the bracket, and slowly closing the door, jiggling it as you go. The hinge should release. If it doesn't back the set screw (the other screw) out a turn or two and repeat.
3 Slide the shelves out.
4 Lay the sheet of paper on the floor. Stand the cabinet up at one end of the paper and carefully lay it down on the paper, so that the back of the cabinet is against the paper. Trace around the cabinet with the pencil as accurately as you can.
5 Remove the cabinet and cut the paper along the trace. Write "left" and "right" on the paper in case the cabinet isn't 100% square. This is your "Paper Template".
6 Lay the cabinet face down on the blanket / carpet / bed. Place the Paper Template on top (i.e. on the back of the cabinet), with your "left" and "right" marks facing down and matching the corresponding sides of the cabinet.
7 Punch through the Paper Template with the pencil at the TOP of each keyhole. Accurately recording the hole location is extremely important, as there isn't much margin to play with.
8 Line one of the wall brackets up with the top-right (or top-left if you're left handed) corner of the thin piece of wood, with the mounting head toward the bottom of the bracket.
9 Use the pencil to mark the centre of the two screw holes in the wood. Lightly hammer the mounting head of the bracket, being careful not to move it as you do so. The rear side of the mounting post will mark the wood. Again, accuracy is extremely important.
10 Remove the bracket from the wood and drill through the mounting post mark with the 9/32nds bit. Drill through the two screw marks with the 1/8th bit. This is your "Wooden Template".
11 Tape the Paper Template to the wall, using the large level to straighten as necessary. Do NOT tape the corners of the Paper Template (see next step).
12 Place two strips of tape on the wall around each corner of the Paper Template, but not on the template itself. These will guide you when you're putting the cabinet up later, after you've take the Paper Template down.
13 Place the Wooden Template on the wall, locating the mounting head hole over one of the holes in the Paper Template. The Wooden Template should be oriented so that the mounting head will be towards the bottom of the bracket. Use the small level to straighten the Wooden Template as necessary.
14 Drill through the screw holes in the Wooden Template, through the Paper Template, and into the wall. Use the 3/32nds bit in case you hit a stud and won't need a drywall plug. Do NOT drill through the mounting head hole.
15 Remove the Wooden Template. If you didn't hit a stud, re-drill the screw holes with the 13/64ths bit to make them big enough for the drywall plugs.
16 Repeat steps 13 through 15 for each hole in the Paper Template.
17 Remove the Paper Template from the wall.
18 Insert the drywall plugs into the 13/64ths holes in the wall (i.e. wherever you didn't hit a stud).
19 Install the wall brackets so that the mounting heads are towards the bottom of the brackets. Protruding screw heads will make installation of the cabinet more difficult, so tighten the screws as much as you dare, being careful not to strip the plastic plugs. Note that the mounting posts stick out from the back of the brackets, against the wall. I believe this is by design. Do NOT hammer the protrusions into the wall.
20 Again, protruding screw heads will make installation of the cabinet more difficult, so tighten the screws on the back of the cabinet as much as you dare.
21 With your partner, lift the cabinet into place on the wall, using the taped corners on the wall from step 12 to guide you. If you're having trouble, have your partner hold the cabinet in place while you use the mirror to peek in behind the cabinet and see what's going on. If the brackets appear to be lined up sufficiently, the problem may be that the drywall is slightly bowed out in the middle. Press, hard, in the spot where the brackets are not engaging. (We had to do this.)
22 Reattach the doors, noting which ones were left and right. The half of the hinge attached to the door has a hook-and-tongue setup. Working with the top hinge of one of the doors first, engage the hooks into the cabinet half of the hinge, hold the hinge in place by pressing on it with one hand, and slowly close the door with the other hand. The tongue should click and engage. Install the screw, and then do the lower hinge on that door. Repeat for the other door.
23 Adjust the mirrors as necessary using the screws.

Installation is horrible
I bought this product and it has been waiting till my counter was installed. Well, today we attempted to put it up, but even with getting three of the four hooks to latch, the 4th hook will not go in..not sure what we are doing wrong, or if it is the cabinet causing the issue. I love how it looks, but can’t use it till i have all four hooks in place. Any suggestions?

Looks great. Great value
Install was easy. Just need to use your common sense. I made my own template, which was easy and was able to hang it just fine.

Looks great - Installation is difficult
This medicine cabinet has a glossy white finish. Mirrors open in the centre with three shelves on the inside. Although the two shelves do come out, their heights are not adjustable. The unit is one piece, the side shelves do not detach. It comes already assembled.
It looks great up and it was one of the more reasonably priced ones we could find.
Installation was terrible. Four brackets with hooks need to be installed to the wall. The entire unit gets lifted onto these brackets. No template and no instructions. We only ended up getting two of the four hooks to click in. Wouldn't recommend this unit simply for the level of difficulty with the install.
