Excellent hoop for this price point.
Maybe this hoop deserved a five star because it is everything promised. I only have four star because there are nicer hoops out there but of course more expensive. In conclusion this one is excellent for the price.

Great Customer Service and Product
I bought this item two years ago and we lost a bolt after having to move. Lifetime replaced the parts with no issues and we were able to get the basketball court back up and running for our boys. Love the item, still in great condition after all this time. Great quality and customer service.

good basic basketball goal, great support
This is a very basic hoop and I have no complaints about it.
I didn't fill the base 100% and it blew over from high winds several times. The backboard eventually broke, but Lifetime's support replaced the backboard for free even though it was my fault. That's above and beyond.
