Avoid this machine
I ended up with this machine because it was the only available machine during the Covid related appliance shortage. These machines make me really hate doing laundry, a task which never was a problem before. The electronic controls are poorly designed, and some functions, such as air fluff, are only available through the app. So you better hope you can connect to your internet with it, which was problematic, and requires 2.4g. I just want to do my laundry, not run around the house looking for and then fiddling with my phone. The washer leaves stains on my clothes, and laundry even stinks after being stored in the closet. The machine does not seem to use sufficient water and the soap residue goes rancid after a while so clean things stink. On hot cycle, it rinses with hot water instead of cold which causes more wrinkling. On medium-high spin, Items come out wrinkled and stuck to the drum requiring unpleasant extra bending and reaching into the machine to dislodge them. The dryer lint problem is like nothing else I've ever had to deal with. The gasket around the dryer door is sticky and holds lint and dirt. The lint trap has weird grooves that are messy to deal with. Lint goes everywhere. The washer glass door area is covered in dirt/lint particles - how can my clothes be clean if the machine doesn't even rinse itself? The dryer sensor is poor, often leaving clothes damp. So I use timed dry. I like to use low heat always, and if you press the heat seating first, then the time, the heat seating resets to high by itself. If you don't notice this, you ruin your clothes. The washer makes a weird low humming sound which is normal for this machine. And of course, if one machine breaks, both will need to be replaced. Avoid this piece of garbage if you can.

Great Laundry Center!!
Absolutely love our laundry Center!! Clothes are cleaner, especially with extra rinse! The steam cycle in the dryer works like a champ! Use it all the time and so quick.. 10min and wrinkles gone and fresh!! Did I say how very quiet the unit is?? Ahhh! I can do laundry at any hour in our condo.
The inside drums are larger than our 10 yr old Samsung washer/ dryer and strangely enough this unit fits in the closet without scraping the washer window-/even with washer door propped open (great feature!) Amazing

Rona sucks as an online retailer
Miserable.
Buying it was easy…getting it delivered was a nightmare. Rona was useless, their delivery company was awful.
As for the washer/dryer, we will see. Appliances these days rarely make it longer than seven years so they kind of all suck.

Almost great washer and dryer
Units works very well. LG needs to fix the programming issues with the cycles and allow more customization that can be remembered. The units rely on an internet connection to make changes. The stock cycles can mostly not be altered. The biggest problems are no fluffing of laundry at the end of a wash cycle (things can get lost stuck to the drum) and no cooldown after a drying cycle.

Enfin une laveuse et sécheuse SILENCIEUSE très satisfait de notre achat. Un seul bémol je ne peut pas les connecter Wi fi car elle ne prenne pas en charge les réseau 5G. J' ai mis 4 etoiles pour cette raison

makes noise
I bought the unit and it was making noise from day first. i asked for a repair and the technician spent half a days and dismantled the entire unit and assembled again. he tested it and the issue was there. later on to my surprise he submitted the issue was "FIXED".
LG wasn't very supportive with replacing the unit. I have to wait for the 2nd repair.

Fabulous features and easy to use
The design is very nice and friendly user. But the depth measurement should be from the front glass door to the chassis at the back, it almost didn't fit my tight laundry space.
