Good dryer with anti wrinkle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago and couldn’t connect it to a wifi and LG texted me to call support, so we got it connected finally. This dryer is a good dryer but the top load paired with the dryer is doesn’t wash the clothes good and it need smaller load.

Excellent dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer about 3 weeks ago and I’m very glad I did, the WIFI feature is great so no more pointless trips up and down the stairs since the LG app tells me exactly when it’s done and plenty of settings and features to do the right job

I bought this dryer about two months ago based on Consumer Reports ranking. The only issue is that it would progressively get louder as time went by. We had a repair person come out and take it apart and reassemble. It’s been operating well since. Hoping it was just a minor set back with this particular machine.

What happened to Quality LG
Quality of this product has diminished over the years. I have purchased several models of this dryer over the years for different homes. The first thing I noticed is the steel gauge of the frame is much thinner. So much so that when you even put your hand on top of the dryer top it pops. Compared to other year models there is a big difference in the weight of the dryer? Which concerns me on what is being used in the internal parts. When I open the dryer door the light does not come on? I have to turn the power button on to get the light to come on. I have called on this and was told that this is how the dryer was made? Why would you make a dark dryer when you would have to turn it on when you are opening it up to retrieve your dried clothing? Now as far as all the settings yes they are the same and yes they are great! The dryer works. It is not as quiet as the previous dryers. I am assuming because of the thin gauge metal and what ever short cuts taken to make it so light. One other thing that I failed to mention the diameter of the machine is smaller than the previous machines. This I liked it gave more room in my washroom! There are pros and cons to this machine. My cons are that the light does not turn on when the door opens and the thin Frame used on the machine which makes the dryer louder and the door clang. My pros are that there are great settings on this dryer and it does do a great job.
