This range takes inspiration from professional equipment with its heating element located at the back of the oven, so your cookies, cakes, roasts and more are cooked to perfection every time. With its 6.3 cu. ft. capacity, the oven can hold more than one dish at a time. In addition, the LG EasyClean function helps you clean your oven in 3 easy steps, all without strong chemical fumes or high heat. Simply spray the oven interior with water, press EasyClean, and 10 minutes later, wipe away leftover grime. This oven also features a traditional self-clean cycle for the occasional deep clean.

Disappointed
I purchased my LG range in 2020. I have several LG appliances and love them. However, I'm very disappointed in my oven. I was so excited to have the Pro Bake. It has made no difference in my baking. We started to notice that food wasn't cooking as it should. I purchased an over thermometer and set the oven for 350 degrees. When the beeper went letting me know it was ready, the thermometer showed the temperature was actually 274. I set the oven to many different temps, all came out the same. Including when setting for Convection. The only time temperature matched the setting was for temps 450 and higher. Called a repair man in. We were told they don't fix those problems. Said to leave it on longer and it would eventually reach the correct temps. I'm very disappointed and angry. I spent a lot of money on this oven. I expect the temperatures to be accurate. I have also discovered that the Ultra Heat burner doesn't live up to the hype. 15 minutes to boil 4 quarts of water.

After less then 2 years, it won't turn on anymore, after a self clean (which was a coo feature)

Piece of garbage stove
Owned this for 2 years and with no notice the darn thing quit (day before Christmas, cooking this turkey is gonna be an adventure). No 24 hour support for Canadians and no warranty.

buyer beware. lasts 6 months
Bought black friday 2017 from best buy for an anticipated kitchen renovation that completed april 2018.
Started using this april 2018 everything was as advertised
Right lower heating element stopped working December 2018. Broke year + 1 month into ownership but really only 6 months of regular use in a 4 person household so the 1 year warranty was out of the question.
We found out that the heating element + abutting switch was faulty. Searching for the replacement part, we learned that there was only 1 unit left in ontario, canada costing well over 200 dollars, and that we needed to drive an hour to pick it up in Mississauga.
Buyers Beware.
Parts are expensive and scarce to come by if it breaks.
Thought a 1800-dollar appliance would last longer. This was a total letdown.
Would never buy imported appliances again.

Terrible product
Although this stove is very beautiful it has no reliability. After a mere 16 months the motherboard went on the oven. LG will not stand behind their product so only purchase this product if you are willing to pay a large price for a useless product.

Superbe mais vitro céramique fragile
J'ai cette cuisinière depuis moins de deux mois et la plaque de vitro céramique est déjà grafignée, et écaillée à trois endroits. Pourtant je fais très attention à mes choses et j'aime qu'elles restent en parfaite état alors je suis très déçue de voir que la plaque de cuisson se détériore aussi vite sans raison apparente. Je n'ai jamais eu ce genre de problème avec mes anciennes cuisinières et je n'ai pourtant pas modifié mes façons de faire.
Sinon, le four cuit très bien les aliments avec la convection et il est effectivement spacieux. Je peux également confirmer que le rond plus puissant pour faire bouillir rapidement fonctionne et que la différence est marquante. Le look de la cuisinière en général est très beau.
Je suis embêtée à savoir si je recommande ce produit car le fait que la plaque de cuisson aura bientôt l'air vieille me dérange quand même beaucoup. J'aime la qualité, et à ce stade-ci, je crains pour sa durabilité.
