Great product for my application
I purchased this microwave approximately 4 weeks ago to replace another LG that was over 10 years old and still working. The only problem we had with the previous one was the fan was not drawing the steam up the vent. With this extendavent system the steam is now moving up the vent. I do have a couple of issues that LG should consider to make this product even better.
1. Improve the inside lighting
2. Change the interior colour to white for improved visibility when looking through the glass
3. Give the option of having the clock on permanently.

We have a cooktop stove and were having issues with the steam from the front 2 burners not exhausting completely. This was the only manufacturer that had this feature and I must say it is doing exactly what we wanted from a OTR microwave.
The only issue I have with this product is the size of the readout of the clock and the fact that this clock only stays on for 5 minutes. It has an energy saving button but it does not do what it claims to do in the manual.....what's up with that LG ???

Good product. Easy to use, large capacity. Bought this for our newly renovated kitchen. Fits over our new dual fuel oven. Really like the pop-out powerful vent.

Just replaced the same machine purchased 5 years ago, the under lighting new LED excellent feature the exhaust fan much quieter and the new look really enhances the area over the range. A beautiful piece.

Great Features but Fan could use more power
Great product. Features work great. Sensor re-heating is no better or worse than the competition.
Cons: Exhaust suction power. Not sure if it is exhaust motor or the poorly made filters but suction power don't seem enough if you have more than one pot on the stove at boiling point.
