3 things broken in short amount of time
Terrible quality. Worked for a short while. Bottom oven heats on broil even tho it’s supposed to bake only. The temperatures don’t stay as set in either oven, so constantly have to turn them off and back on (which shows how much heat they’ve lost even with doors closed) to get back up to cooking temp that was set. Top over stopped working completely. Had to replace a mother board to fix it. Then, one of the large stove elements stopped working. Lights up but won’t stay on so isn’t useable. And finally (yes more problems!) the insert where the buttons are is not very wel attached to the stove so now when a button is gently pushed and used (home use key not overused nor aggressive at all) it has become dislodged from the stove and shows a gap where it is supposed to stay fixed! Will not buy LG anything again. Has lasted the least amount of time of any appliance I’ve ever owned. Step up the quality and value lg.

Convenience and energy saving.
We've had this model for about 3 years now. We enjoy the double ovens.
We can cook at different temperatures and not wait for one dish to complete.
Instead of having to heat a large oven for small items, you have the option of using the small oven.
We are now shopping for our new home. We were thinking of wall mounted ovens, but this is back on our list.
Hard to compare usage of large ovens when you can save some power using a smaller oven.

Defective knobs
Bought this oven range about a year ago. Within a few months, the numbers printed on the knobs came off. It started with one so we thought we used the wrong cleaner, but the numbers come off when using any cleaning product. LG can't expect people to not clean their knobs... ridiculous that this has been an issue for many years (as per previous comments) but nothing has been done to fix the problem. Replacement knobs are expensive and there is no reason why it wouldn't keep happening with new ones. LG should fix the problem and send out replacement knobs for free.

Faulty keyboard
I bought this same model in November 2017. The 0 doesn’t work anymore on the glass keypad, I am sure it’s just a matter of time for the rest to stop working and it is just over a year old. Poor quality!!!

Fantastic oven
This oven is so easy to use and keep clean. This is my first double oven and I love it. I love having the choice of oven size. Having multiple timers is so handy. There are also some preset cooking settings that make this oven so easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.
