Unimpressed, avoid this model
Horrible drier. Be sure to read all reviews, especially the lower ones. Many units have faulty sensors and don't dry properly, or just keep drying and heating beyond once the items are dry. It's a mixed bag, but not energy efficient at all. Even technician told me the sensors are not very good and to avoid them. Isn't that the whole point of paying for a 'smart' dryer?

Horrible machine
Bought just over 2 years ago and has been a problem since the beginning. Sensor dry doesn't work (clothes keep drying if they do dry, for 10, 20, 30 minutes past the original estimate), or takes 2 hours to dry and stops before. Already had a service call at the beginning, rep told me to get my vents cleaned (I did) and that these machines have horrible sensors that don't really work, so not to rely on them. Fast forward 2 years, I know the vents are clean because I see the vapor coming out of the building in winter,. However, sensor dry never works properly, and timed dry more or less works but gives a D90 error (vent issue). I read LOTS of reviews on this unit online and it looks like many people have the same issue. I wish I never bought this and got something else.

Can’t swap door to open other way
So… I love LG products. Have their TV’s and other appliances. This dryer is great… BUT when trying to switch the door to open the other way one screw wouldn’t come out ease to the point now it’s striped cause it ceased when trying to loosen. So now I’m left with a wiggly door cause the one screw is loose. And obviously the door is still opening in an inconvenient way.
I have no idea how to get this fixed.

No light in the dryer
I have been using my new set of LG washer and dryer just over two weeks now. I love how quiet they are, but I am very disappointed that the dryer does not have a drum light. I was hoping that there was a setting that I missed, but after reading other reviews, this model does not have this feature. Very disappointed ☹️

Pourquoi pas d'option vapeur
Pourquoi ne pas ajouter l'option vapeur alors que la laveuse qui va avec en est munie ?
Pour avoir l'option vapeur il faut passer par le modèle supérieur disponible uniquement en gris !!
