This electric dryer from LG has a large capacity of 7.3 cu. ft. and is equipped with sensors that monitor humidity levels and adjust time for optimized results. The TurboSteam(TM) technology is perfect when you are short on time, since you can get lightly worn clothes back in tip-top shape in only 10 minutes! It can also reduce wrinkles in half the time of regular steam settings. This dryer can also be activated from anywhere, anytime! With Smart ThinQ(TM) technology, you can operate and monitor your laundry, track energy consumption and download new personalized cycles on your smartphone. This appliance also has SmartDiagnosis(TM) which uses self-diagnosing technology that can communicate 24/7 with LG customer service over the phone, providing you comfort and reliability. It is highly recommended to use a 4" (10.2 cm) diameter rigid aluminum or galvanized steel duct with this product.

Impossible to get the dryer on the thinq app
The dryer works fine. I bought it for its extra future, allow3 to keep an eye on you appliance. Specially for a family that has kids playing everywhere, if the dryer was working at its full capacity, you should be notify from the app.
If only it would work.
I wasted money for it,
And now i am wasting time trying to get it fixed. It is a brand new one, it shouldn't have been such a headache!!!
